Mission Statement
Empowering personal growth through insightful, compassionate counselling support.
About Jenn
Jenn has been an RCC since 2021 and enjoys working with adults and youth. She completed her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology in June 2025. Her research was on high-functioning adults with ADHD. She is currently completing a doctoral internship with Hexagon Psychology in Calgary, Alberta with the intention of becoming a registered psychologist.
Her areas of focus are ADHD, self-esteem, anxiety, motivation, relationships, and intimacy issues. She enjoys working with neurodivergent folks (as she is also neurospicy!) and is a nonjudgmental, warm, and welcoming counsellor.
Her seven+ years of work in psychological assessment has equipped her with expansive knowledge about learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, depression and psycho-educational assessments. She is well-versed in IEPs, school accommodations, work accommodations, and has a plethora of resources to share.
Jenn uses an eclectic mix of modalities and draws from person-centered, solution-focused, IFS, EMDR, narrative and CBT styles. She believes that the counselling space should be safe enough to allow for vulnerability, but also comfortable enough to share a laugh together.
Jenn's goal for clients is to become well-resourced. Both internally by teaching healthy coping mechanisms and building skills, and externally by passing along visuals, infographics, podcasts, websites, and book recommendations.
